Heading South

Have you had a morning where, by the time you swallowed the last drop of tea from your cup, the entire direction and momentum of the day had shifted completely? So it was this morning. An approaching winter storm will do that, especially to those who are making travel plans. Traveling ahead of the storm seems more favorable than traveling IN the storm, don't you think? Even if it means leaving two days earlier than you'd planned.

Loves, I'd intended to have the new newsletter subscription link all ready for you to click today, but I'll need to save that for next time. Instead, I'm running around, throwing things into my weekender, packing up gear, shopping pets out, hoping to not forget important things like my knitting and kindle and camera. Oh, and the boys and husband. Can't forget them.
