It’s no secret that I’ve got a thing for houses. Large or small, old or new, I’m a student of their structure and story, of their place and time. Of how they live, or, truthfully, how they sometimes don’t live. But, more accurately, perhaps, I’ve got a thing for homes. For doing the work that takes the first and helps it become the next. House to home. It’s the alchemy that gets me, that seemingly magical process that takes our disparities of shelter, furnishings, belongings, and lifestyle, blending and transforming them into a sanctuary imprinted with our soul. A place where we're nurtured, rejuvenated, connected. A home that serves well, functions well, lives well.
Loves, I’ve been working behind the scenes for some time now on something I’m so looking forward to sharing with you. Thus far in my design practice, I’ve accepted projects for full-service design only, where I work alongside other project professionals, taking homes from conception to completion. But, I’ve had a growing desire to offer guidance to those who may wish for a lighter service, something more along the lines of a designer-by-your-side for an hour. I’m happy to announce that I’m expanding my services suite and I’ll soon be offering two options for design consultations as well! One, called Design Coach, will be offered via Zoom, the other, Design Cue, will be handled entirely online within my virtual design studio.
Next week, loves! These services will be open for booking next week! Speaking of booking, you’ll be able to schedule your consultation appointment or project into my calendar, and pay through a link in the new Services tab that will be there at the top of my website. I wanted the whole process to have ease and flow, and I think it will be both of those and more.
